The HopeMore International Foundation is the research and educational arm of HopeMore International.
While HopeMore International, PD Coaches & Organizational Consultants, LLC. partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve systems, and create conditions where people thrive, the Foundation exists to advance educational and organizational knowledge through research, scholarship, publications, and conference presentations.

The HopeMore International Foundation is a nonprofit (pending IRS approval), nonpartisan organization dedicated to advancing educational and organizational leadership through research, scholarship, publications, and conference presentations.
“Our hope for more” refers to a shared, forward-looking desire for improved education, pre-employment, and workplace training to increase more opportunities for future generations. We are advocating for change and improvement.
HopeMore International Foundation empowers students, parents, teachers, institutions, and policy makers with insights, from the research that we conduct and present, at conferences, to promote learning, innovation, and strengthening communities —guided by Biblical principles of truth, integrity/justice, and service whilst faithfully managing the wisdom and resources that God has entrusted to us.
